First of all you need to choose an apartment you like, fill in a reservation form and send it to us. Alternatively, you can book by phone. Within 24 hours, you will either receive your booking confirmation, or if the apartment you have chosen is not available, we will offer you alternative accommodation. Once you’ve received your booking confirmation, you will be asked to pay a deposit for one night. After your prepayment has gone through, we will send you a written guarantee of your reservation. Your booking is guaranteed only when you have paid the deposit.

Since the Ukrainian President Viktor Yuschenko granted a visa-free entry for the period that does not exceed 90 days, the citizens of the following countries do not need a visa to enter Ukraine: the USA, Canada, Japan, the EU nations, Switzerland, Norway, Andorra, Liechtenstein, Vatican, San Marino, Iceland, Mongolia, Monaco.

We offer very competitive and reasonable prices for all our services including apartment rates. We also offer attractive discounts for customers, who book our apartments for longer periods of stay. Finally, if your stay is longer than 14 days you will be entitled to one complimentary transfer to/from the airport, bus or train station (of your choice).

The apartment rent includes bed and kitchen facilities; hot, cold water and public utilities, local phone calls (if the apartment has a landline); maid service before checking in; cleaning, towels and bed lines change every 3 days (daily cleaning service is available at extra charge).

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the apartment you reserved and would like to change it we can move you to another apartment on the next day.

If you have any pets, you should inform us in advance. Not all apartments allow pets and some will require extra charge. Non-disclosure of such circumstances will result in your booking cancelled and your deposit won’t be refunded.

You just call and let us know that your flight/train is delayed and we will make new arrangements. We guarantee that we will meet you at any time.

There are lots of small shops and supermarkets late at night. Some of them are open 24 hours. The most convenient is “Furshet” in the Mandarin Plaza and "Billa" as they are located in the downtown of Kiev at Bessarabska Square and are open 24 hours a day.

Usually restaurants are open untill midnight or till the last customer but some are open untill 6 a.m. Check our website for more information.
