First of all you need to choose the apartment you like, fill in a reservation form and send it to us. If you do not have an internet access and cannot do online reservation, you can call us and make it by phone. During 24 hours, you will get either the confirmation of availability of chosen apartment or another variant offer. After the confirmation, you will have to pay a deposit for one night. After receiving the prepayment, we will send you a written guarantee of your reservation. Booking is good only after the prepayment is received.
Since the Ukrainian President Viktor Yuschenko has signed a decree to give visa free access to the country for the period that does not exceed 90 days the USA, Canada, Japan, EU nations, Switzerland, Norway, Andorra, Liechtenstein, Vatican, San Marino, Iceland, Mongolia, Monaco, Lithuania citizens do not need a visa to enter Ukraine.
Bestrent.com.ua is not a travel agency but we collaborate with our partner company that deals with visa documents. In the case you need an invitation for visa we will do our best to help you.
After the booking procedure is complete we will send you a confirmation letter of your reservation along with your accommodation address which you are welcome to use.

First, we have reasonable prices for all our services including apartments rent. Of course, if you make your booking through us and stay for a long period of time we offer good discounts. Also if you stay more than 14 days you will have one bonus transfer to or from the airport, bus/train station (on your choice).
The apartment rent includes bed and kitchen facilities; hot, cold water and public utilities, local phone calls (in the presents of phones in the apartment), maid service before checking in, the cleaning, towels and bed lines changing of the apartment one time in 3 days, (daily cleaning service is available for extra charge).
If for some reason you do not like the apartment and would like to change it we will move you to another apartment on the next day.
If you have any pets, you should inform about it in advance. (Not all apartments are available for such purpose and some will require additional payment). In the case of not telling, the reservation can be canceled without returning the prepayment.
You just call and let us know that your flight/train is delayed and we will make new arrangements. We guarantee that we will meet you at any time.
There are a lot of small shops and supermarkets which are working late at night. Some of them work 24 hours per day. The most suitable is “Furshet” in the Mandarin Plaza as it is located just in the downtown of Kiev at Bessarabska Square and works 24 hours a day.
Usually the restaurants are open till 12p.m. or till the last customer but there are such that are open till 6 a.m. In any case you can use the information on our site to make your trip comfortable.

If you need a baby bed and your period of staying is more than 14 nights we can provide you with this service free of charge but it should be discussed in advance.

In case of any damages made by the customer or his guests to the interior of the apartment during the time of settlement, the compensation of such damages is covered by the customer.
