Questions concerning accommodation
You can receive your keys upon your arrival. Our representative will be waiting for you at the apartment at the specified time. However, as delays may occur, we recommend booking your transfer with us, as our drivers will have the keys and you won't have to waste your time waiting and can check in straight upon arrival.
Unlike most companies, you can book any apartment advertised on our website for the period less than 5 days, but on following conditions:
- you reserve it not earlier than 3 days before your arrival.
- you choose several suitable options and we will keep one of your chosen apartments for you.
- your accommodation will be upon arrival. You can contact us on your arrival day or one day before and within 15 minutes we will offer you available apartments to satisfy your request.
For any last minute bookings, please contact us by phone. We try to accommodate your request even on short notice.
Check in time is from 1 p.m. – to 2 p.m. If you order your transfer with us, the driver will have the keys and will be happy to help you at check in. If you have your own transfer, our representative will be waiting for you at the apartment at the specified time to settle the payment and do all the paperwork.
Check out time is between 12 p.m. -1 p.m. and it does not depend on the time when you check in.
The day before your check out you should contact us and let us know the exact time of your leaving the apartment. If you are using our transfer, you can leave the keys with the driver who will return your security deposit.
You won't be charged extra for early check-in on the condition your apartment is available and ready. However, it is not usually known until late evening on the day prior to your arrival. If you want a guaranteed early check-in you need to book your accommodation from the day prior to your actual arrival. Arrivals between midnight and 9 am count as early check-in and will be charged.
If you would like to have early check-in, please inform us of your arrival time in advance.
If the apartment is available or the next customer arrives late, you can extend your stay at no extra charge. However, we can confirm availability only in the morning of your departure day. If you wish to have a guaranteed late check-out, it can be arranged at extra charge:
- staying in the apartment untill 6 p.m. is possible at extra charge equal to half-day rate
- staying in the apartment after 6 p.m. is possible at extra charge equal to full daily rate
All additional payments are due to the fact that we have to refuse accommodation to other customers in order to fit in your request for extended stay.

When booking an apartment you should notify us about the number of people staying at the apartment and we will provide you with all necessary facilities.
It is possible to arrange viewing if the apartment is available. Unfortunately we cannot show you or your representatives any occupied apartments.
If you need to make a slight changes to the dates of your trip, please contact us and we will do our best to help you resolve the problem without any penalties.
We will keep your apartment for you on your arrival day untill 8 p.m., unless you inform us by email or phone of late arrival. In case of no-show all payments you have made for services are not refundable.
This is entirely up to you as you pay for the apartment regardless of the number of people staying. Being able to invite guests and feel yourself at home is one of the privileges of rental apartments. However, do not forget about security and remember your neighbours. The neighbours have the right to call the police if you make too much noise after 11 p.m.
