Questions concerning payments
There are several ways of payment you can choose the most appropriate for you:
- paying cash by your representative or you.
- via international system of urgent money transfer
- using your credit card
No, all the prices of the apartments on our site include rent, public utilities and cleaning service once per 3 days. Extra commission can be charged only if you pay with your credit card, about it you can read in the Payment Policy.
The prices you see on our site include all the taxes and commissions. Additional commissions just do not exist.
At the day of checking out our representative will come and if everything in the apartment is returned in the original shape the inventory deposit will be fully refunded.
Most of the apartments have internet access. You can check in the particular apartment description if it has high speed Internet. The payment for internet usage depends on the specific apartments. There is no unlimited internet access it is often limited to 250 Mb per day. If you overuse the limit you should pay for it. Some of the apartments require payments for each Mb usually it is about 0.50-1.00 hryvna.
In order to make long distance calls it’s better to have a cellular phone and buy a card for international calls it will save your money a lot.
At the moment of making a reservation for you we refuse other customers that are interested in renting the same apartment for conflicting period of time. And in case of your no show-up we suffer losses, that’s why when you cancel reservation or change the date of arrival the prepayment might not be returned.
If you make a cancellation or any changes of the order between 14 and 10 working days before the date of your arrival the cancellation fee will be $50.
If any changes of the order is made 9 or less working days before the date of your arrival the prepayment is not refunded.
In case of no-show up at the apartment at the dates of the arranged order, everything is paid for the requested services are not refundable.
Prepayment for airport/train transfers are fully returned if cancelled before the check in date. The cancellation of this service after check in date will not have a refund.
The rent amount paid for the apartment is not refunded in case of leaving the apartment prior to the date of the approved order.
At the moment of checking in you will sign an agreement of daily renting and make the payment for the rest period and insurance deposit in amount of $100 which will be returned to you at the day of checking out. (This insurance deposit also includes a deposit for the local area connection to the Internet, if you overuse 250Mb per day that is included to the apartment rent).
First, we have reasonable prices for all our services including apartments rent. Of course, if you make your booking through us and stay for a long period of time we offer good discounts. Also if you stay more than 14 days you will have one bonus transfer to or from the airport, bus/train station (on your choice).
