1. Service Description
Bestrent apartments hotel service offers you spacious and fully-equipped apartments with own facilities instead of expensive and small hotel rooms in Kiev and other cities. In comparison with common Ukrainian hotels our clients get a valuable service, more space, more privacy and high quality accommodation at very competitive rates. Electricity, water, gas, bed linen, local calls and internet are included in the price of the apartments. For our clients we also provide airport, train and bus station transfer, and chauffeured cars on a daily or hourly basis, interpreting and translating, city tours, gifts and flowers delivery. All apartments located on our site are renting for leaving. If you have other purposes of renting apartment such as birthday celebration, office meetings or shooting movies you should inform us in advance (not all apartments are available for such purpose and some will require additional payment). If you have any pets you also should inform about it in advance. In the case of not telling about any hiding purpose of renting apartment the reservation can be canceled without returning the prepayment.
2. Reservation
During 24 hours you will get either the confirmation of availability of chosen apartment or another variant offer. After the confirmation you will have to pay a deposit for one night (the rest sum is paid to our representative on the day of your arrival or on the next day. We highly recommend you to pay all term you have planed. In the case of day per day payment the apartment can be reserved for other customers and you will need to move to another apartment). After receiving the prepayment we will send you a written guarantee of your reservation. More information about payment you can see in Payment policy.
Unlike most other companies, you can reserve any apartment presented on our site for the rent period less than 5 days but on such conditions:
- you reserve it not earlier than 3 days before your arrival.
- you choose several variants you like and one of the chosen apartments we will keep for you for sure.
- accommodation upon your arrival.
You can contact us on the day before or exactly on the day of your arrival and during a short amount of time, at least 15 minutes; we will offer you available apartments for daily rent according to your requests. If you have an urgent or pressing trip, please contact us by phone. We try to do our best to help and make your trip comfortable during this short space of time.
In case of reservation more than 5 days you can book it on the common conditions. But prepayment is obligatory for guaranteed lodging in any case.
Reservation is good only after the prepayment is received.
3. Check in / Check out rules
Check in time is from 1 p.m. – to 2 p.m. If the apartment is available before check in time you can settle there without additional payment. (But usually this is known only late at night of the previous day of your arrival). If you want a guaranteed early check in it is necessary to book the previous night as well. If your settlement time is from 24:00 till 9:00 it means you have an early check in and this night should be paid as well.
Check out time is from 12 p.m. -1 p.m. and it doesn’t depend on the time of your checking in. If the apartment is available or next customer arrives later you can stay without payment. (But we can inform you about it only in the morning of your departure day). If you wish to have a late resettlement it is possible with the additional payment.
- staying in the apartment till 6 p.m. is possible with the payment of additional half price of daily rent
- staying in the apartment later than 6 p.m. is possible with the payment of additional full price of daily rent
All the additional payments are due to the fact of refusing in accommodation to our other potential customers.
If you would like to be provided with the special arrangements of early check in or late check out please inform us of your arrival and departure time in advance.
4. Prices
We have rather competitive prices on our site. All prices on our site are per apartment for one night of your stay and include all taxes, local calls, bed and kitchen facilities, once per three days apartment cleaning and bed linen changing (additional cleaning services are on request by extra charge).
We have discount offers for a specific stay at the apartment, however, these rates made only for the definite period of time. We want you to pay the best price for your staying at the apartment.
5. Prepayment and payment
As we said above Reservation is good only after the prepayment is received and only by means of prepayment customer gets 100% guarantees of apartment reservation. During 24 hours you should send us a one night deposit that will be included in the total amount of payment upon your arrival and will be deducted during your settlement. The rest sum is paid to our representative on the day of your arrival or on the next day. We highly recommend you to pay all term you have planed. In the case of day per day payment the apartment can be reserved for other customers and you will need to move to another apartment.
Sometimes during the high season or big holidays for some apartments prepayment is necessary for the whole period of accommodation. In such cases the customer will get the notification in advance. You can make a prepayment deposit by using one of the methods recommended in the Payment Policy
6. Cancellation Policy
At the moment of making a reservation for you we refuse other customers that are interested in renting the same apartment for conflicting period of time. And in case of your no show-up we suffer losses, that’s why when you cancel reservation or change the date of arrival the prepayment might not be returned.
If you make a cancellation or any changes of the order between 14 and 10 working days before the date of your arrival the cancellation fee will be $50.
If any changes of the order is made 9 or less working days before the date of your arrival the prepayment is not refunded.
In case of no-show up at the apartment at the dates of the arranged order, everything is paid for the requested services are not refundable.
Prepayment for airport/train transfers are fully returned if cancelled before the check in date. The cancellation of this service after check in date will not have a refund.
The rent amount paid for the apartment is not refunded in case of leaving the apartment prior to the date of the approved order.
If you need a slight changing in the dates of your trip, please contact us and we will try to do our best to help you in resolving this problem without losses.
7. Damages
In case of any damages made by the customer or his guests to the interior of the apartment during the time of settlement, the compensation of such damages is covered by the customer.
At the moment of checking in you will sign an agreement of daily renting and make the payment for the rest period and insurance deposit in amount of $100 which will be returned to you at the day of checking out. (This insurance deposit also includes a deposit for the local area connection to the Internet, if you overuse 250Mb per day which is included to the apartment rent).
8. Guarantees
Bestrent.com uses high ethical standards and guarantees your privacy. We will not reveal any kind of your personal information (name, email address, credit card details) to the third people without your permission. For more information have a look at our Privacy policy.
Working in the real estate field and providing the best lodging options alternative to hotels since 1999 we used to value our reputation and we can guarantee:
- that all apartments and their pictures presented on our site are real
- any apartment presented on our site can be reserved according to our rules of reservation
- customers’ settlement in the reserved lodging except of the cases of force-majeure situations.
We are not responsible for your personal values and invited guests at the period of your staying in the apartment. Just use the simple rules of the security. Do not invite unknown people to the apartment and don’t leave any valuable things in the visible area.
9. Force-majeure
Bestrent.com reserves the right in case of circumstances resulting in the apartment beyond of our control and making the apartment unsuitable for occupation (such as building damages, water or power supply problems, fire, flood, etc) to substitute the apartment for similar standard one.
